My name is Abby Clark and some of you may know me as "Feminine Badass." The thing is, Feminine Badass isn't me. It's you, it's women and it's a lifestyle.
I've been in the fitness industry for about 12 years now and have an extensive background in kettlebells, yoga, nutrition, bikini competitions, and strength training. I navigated the fitness industry using my inner compass, believing that one day I'd discover my true purpose for answering the call of "fitness".
I have also spent many years (since 2008) learning from my mentor Sierra Bender, creator of Bootcamp for Goddesses where I learned how to connect more to my core through meditation, prayer, connection with nature, yoga, breathing exercises, sisterhood, drumming, and honoring the women and Goddesses before us, within us, and after us.
After discovering Erwan Le Corre and MovNat/ Natural Movement at a retreat in Mexico in 2014 I had an epiphany. Everything that has led me to where I am today is the backbone to my purpose.
My purpose is to transcend the stereotypes around women and bring more awareness to our feminine power.
We are so much bigger than what we've been told. We are so much more divine and powerful. It's time to reconnect to our divine feminine, discover our physical capability, commune with our Mother Earth who supports our feminine essence, and take up more space.
I've learnt over the years that these three practices help women tap into their own feminine badassery: movement, nature and sisterhood.
And this website was created to share the power of these three paths to unleash your divine feminine.
I have answered my call and now I want to help you answer yours.
